تمكنت مصالح الشرطة بمستغانم من الإطاحة بشبكة إجرامية وطنية مختصة في تنظيم الهجرة غير الشرعية عبر البحر من خلال استغلال الفضاء السيبراني, حسبما علم اليوم السبت من الأمن الولائي.
وأوضح المصدر أن العملية تمت من طرف فرقة مكافحة تهريب المهاجرين بعد تلقي ثلاث شكاوي مفادها تعرض ثلاث أشخاص للنصب والاحتيال من طرف المشتبه فيهم الذين قاموا بإيهامهم بالهجرة غير الشرعية انطلاقا من شواطئ مستغانم مقابل 2 مليون دج.
وأسفرت التحريات عن التعرف على هوية المشتبه فيهم وهم أربعة أشخاص ينحدرون من ولايتي مستغانم ومعسكر, يضيف المصدر ذاته.
وكان أفراد هذه الشبكة -يضيف نفس المصدر- يستغلون مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لاستقطاب الراغبين في الهجرة غير الشرعية عبر البحر على متن قارب والنصب عليهم.
وبتهمة تهريب المهاجرين في إطار جماعة إجرامية منظمة من أجل الحصول بصورة غير مباشرة على منفعة مالية تم تحرير ملف إجراء قضائي ضد الموقوفين وتقديمهم أمام نيابة الجمهورية بمحكمة مستغانم, كما أشير إليه.
