قال مدير المكتب الإقليمي للاتّحاد الدّولي للاتصالات للدول العربية عادل درويش إن “الجزائر على رأس الدول العربية الرائدة في مجال تحقيق التّوصيلية الشاملة في الوطن العربي”، وتحدث درويش بالأرقام عمّا حققته الجزائر في هذا المجال معبّرا عن رغبته في تحقيق هذا “الإنجاز الكبير” في المنطقة العربية وإفريقيا.
