أعربت الجزائر عن احتجاجها الشديد على خلفية قرار السلطات الفرنسية بوضع أحد موظفيها القنصليين رهن الحبس المؤقت، معتبرة ذلك سابقة خطيرة في مسار العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين.
وأفادت وزارة الشؤون الخارجية والجالية الوطنية بالخارج، في بيان لها، بأن السفير الفرنسي بالجزائر تم استقباله بمقر الوزارة، أين تم تبليغه بـ”احتجاج شديد اللهجة” إزاء هذا الإجراء.
وجاء في البيان: “ترفض الجزائر رفضًا قاطعًا، شكلاً ومضمونًا، الدوافع التي قدمها الادعاء العام الفرنسي المختص بقضايا الإرهاب لتبرير وضع موظفها القنصلي رهن الحبس المؤقت، واتهامه بالمشاركة في اختطاف المدعو أمير بوخورص، المعروف بلقب “أمير دي زاد”، سنة 2024.”
كما دعت الجزائر إلى الإفراج الفوري عن الموظف القنصلي المحتجز، مشددة على ضرورة احترام كافة الحقوق المرتبطة بوضعه الدبلوماسي، واعتبرت أن هذا “المنعطف القضائي غير المسبوق لا يمكن اعتباره مجرد صدفة، بل يأتي في سياق سياسي محدد يهدف إلى تقويض جهود إعادة بعث العلاقات الجزائرية الفرنسية”.ش ع
