فالحروب الحديثة تشهد ظهور تهديدات جوية متطورة ومتنوعة وغير مسبوقة، تشمل طائرات الأجيال الرابعة والخامسة وكذا الطائرات المسيرة، لاسيما ذات الحجم الصغير، التي تحلق على ارتفاعات منخفضة، مما يصعب من عملية رصدها وتحييدها، بالإضافة إلى الصواريخ المختلفة من حيث المدى والسرعة والتأثير، وهي كلها عوامل جديدة تطرح إشكاليات حقيقية حتى على أقوى الجيوش في العالم.
لذلك، يتعين على قيادة وإطارات وأفراد قوات الدفاع الجوي عن الإقليم، أن يعوا جيدا حجم المسؤولية التي يتحملونها، في مجال تأمين عوامل الاستعداد العملياتي للوحدات، والقيام بالمراقبة الدائمة والصارمة لمجالنا الجوي والرفع من الجاهزية العملياتية لتشكيلات قواتنا، بما يضمن تحقيق موجبات الحسم والردع”.

First off I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you
don’t mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your
thoughts before writing. I have had trouble clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.
