في خطوة تنظيمية تعكس الإرادة السياسية في تعزيز الفعالية المؤسساتية، صدر في العدد 66 من الجريدة الرسمية للجمهورية الجزائرية مرسومان رئاسيان جديدان يهدفان إلى إعادة تنظيم المديرية العامة للأمن الداخلي والدفاع الوطني.
الإصلاح الجديد، الذي نُشر في الجريدة الرسمية بتاريخ 7 أكتوبر 2025، يأتي لإلغاء مصلحة التحقيق القضائي بالمديرية العامة للأمن الداخلي، مع تحديد دقيق للمهام والصلاحيات وفق رؤية عصرية أكثر وضوحًا وتكاملًا بين مختلف الهياكل.
وتؤكد هذه المراسيم على سعي الدولة إلى ترسيخ مبادئ الحكامة الرشيدة والتنسيق الفعّال بين الأجهزة الأمنية والإدارية، في إطار إصلاح شامل لمنظومة الأمن الوطني بما يواكب متطلبات المرحلة الجديدة.

I do enjoy the manner in which you have framed this matter and it does present us some fodder for consideration. Nonetheless, coming from what precisely I have seen, I simply just trust when the actual comments pile on that individuals keep on point and in no way start upon a tirade associated with the news of the day. Anyway, thank you for this superb point and even though I can not really agree with this in totality, I regard the viewpoint.
