اشرف صبيحة اليوم الثلاثاء 04 نوفمبر السيد #والي #ولاية_سيدي_بلعباس على إفتتاح فعاليات الجلسات الولائية لجمعيات لجان الأحياء والقرى تحت الرعاية السامية للسيد الوزير الأول بإشراف من المرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني وبالتنسيق مع وزارة الداخلية والجماعات المحلية والنقل ، وهذا على مستوى قاعة المحاضرات بمقر الديوان.
وفي كلمة له اكد #السيد_والي_الولاية، على أهمية هذه الجلسات ودورها في تفعيل وتنسيق الجهود بين مختلف الفاعلين المحليين لبناء رؤية تشاركية تهدف إلى تحسين الإطار المعيشي للمواطنين من خلال الدور الإستراتيجي لجمعيات لجان الأحياء والقرى.
تلتها كلمة ممثل رئيسة المرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني .
كما تضمّن البرنامج عرض المذكرة المنهجية للجلسات الولائية، وتشكيل لجنة من بين المشاركين لتكليفها بصياغة التقرير النهائي المتضمن التوصيات والمقترحات.
و شمل البرنامج جلسة حوارية تخللتها مداخلات لممثلي الجماعات المحلية( مديرة التقنين والشؤون العامة)، الدرك الوطني، الأمن الوطني، الحماية المدنية، ومديرية البيئة، تناولت دور جمعيات لجان الأحياء والقرى في تعزيز الديمقراطية التشاركية، وترسيخ ثقافة التبليغ، والوقاية من الآفات الاجتماعية، والمساهمة في حماية البيئة وتحسين الإطار المعيشي.
كما فُتح باب النقاش أمام الجمعيات ولجان الأحياء والقرى لتقديم آرائهم ومقترحاتهم حول محاور الجلسة.
واختُتمت الأشغال باجتماع لجنة الصياغة لإعداد التقرير الختامي وتسليمه إلى ممثل المرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني.
