أشرف والي ولاية مستغانم، السيد أحمد بودوح، صبيحة اليوم، على الانطلاق الفعلي لأشغال مشروع ربط بلدية وادي الخير بشبكة الغاز الطبيعي، في إطار تنفيذ برامج الدولة الرامية إلى تحسين الإطار المعيشي للمواطنين وتعزيز التنمية المحلية.
وجرت العملية بحضور رئيس المجلس الشعبي الولائي السيد إدريس عباسة، ورئيس دائرة عين تادلس، ورئيس بلدية وادي الخير، إلى جانب عدد من المدراء التنفيذيين وممثلي الهيئات المعنية.
وأوضح خلال المناسبة أن المشروع يمتد على طول شبكة تُقدَّر بـ 24.55 كلم، بغلاف مالي إجمالي يقارب 20 مليار سنتيم، وبمدة إنجاز محددة بـ 24 شهراً، ليستفيد منه أكثر من 1200 زبون، بتكلفة تُقدَّر بنحو 16 مليون سنتيم لكل زبون.
وأكد والي الولاية أن هذا المشروع من شأنه المساهمة في تحسين الظروف المعيشية لساكنة البلدية، وتخفيف الأعباء اليومية، إضافة إلى دعم الحركية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بالمنطقة.
من جهته، أفاد مدير مؤسسة سونلغاز أن ولاية مستغانم استفادت، في إطار إعادة هيكلة البرنامج الجاري، من غلاف مالي قدره 230 مليون دينار، خُصص منها 20 مليار سنتيم لبلدية وادي الخير، بالنظر لأهمية المشروع ضمن برامج القطاع.
ويأتي تجسيد هذا المشروع وفاءً لتعهد سابق لوالي الولاية، كان قد أكده خلال اجتماع المجلس التنفيذي للولاية الخاص ببلديات دائرة عين تادلس، المنعقد يوم أمس، حيث أعلن آنذاك عن انطلاق الأشغال في اليوم الموالي، وهو ما تم تجسيده ميدانياً اليوم.
وخلال المعاينة، دعا السيد الوالي إلى مباشرة الإجراءات المتعلقة بدراسة توسعة الشبكة، مع إعطاء الأولوية لربط مركز بلدية وادي الخير في المرحلة الأولى، كما شدد على ضرورة المرافقة الدائمة للمشروع من طرف السلطات المحلية.
كما أسدى تعليمات تقضي بتحيين الدراسة التقنية للتكفل بالمناطق البعيدة عن مركز البلدية، وتسريع وتيرة الأشغال مع توفير الوسائل المادية والبشرية اللازمة، إلى جانب التنسيق مع مختلف المتعاملين لتحديد مواقع الشبكات تفادياً لأي تداخل أو أضرار أثناء الإنجاز.
ويُدرج هذا المشروع ضمن جهود الدولة الرامية إلى تعميم الربط بشبكات الغاز الطبيعي، وتحقيق العدالة الطاقوية بين مختلف المناطق، خاصة الريفية وشبه الحضرية.
