في تطور خطير وغير مسبوق، نشر جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي صباح اليوم (4 أبريل 2025) إعلانًا يدعو فيه سكان مناطق واسعة من مدينة رفح جنوب قطاع غزة إلى الإخلاء الفوري باتجاه منطقة “المواصي”، في مشهد يعيد إلى الأذهان مراحل النكبة الفلسطينية، ولكن هذه المرة بصيغة أكثر تنظيمًا وبتغطية دولية صامتة.
منطقة المواصي: من ملاذ آمن إلى سجن مفتوح
منذ أسابيع، بدأت الأنظار تتجه نحو منطقة المواصي، وهي شريط ساحلي ضيق غرب مدينة رفح، حيث جرى العمل على تهيئتها لتكون وجهة بديلة للنازحين. في الظاهر، يتم الترويج لها كـ”منطقة آمنة”، لكن الوقائع على الأرض تشير إلى أنها أقرب إلى معتقل جماعي.

المرحلة الثانية من خطة التهجير الجماعي
الإعلان الإسرائيلي لا يُقرأ فقط في سياق التحركات العسكرية، بل هو في جوهره إشارة إلى الانتقال لمرحلة جديدة من خطة التهجير القسري لسكان غزة. هذه المرحلة تقوم على ثلاثة محاور:
1. التهجير الداخلي القسري: إجبار السكان على مغادرة منازلهم تحت التهديد بالقصف، كما وثقته منظمات مثل هيومن رايتس ووتش وأطباء بلا حدود.
2. الحصار داخل بقعة جغرافية محددة: تجميع السكان في “المواصي”، كما أشارت إليه صحيفة هآرتس بوصفها “منطقة عازلة جديدة تُدار بالكامل من قبل الجيش”.
3. خنق إنساني منظم: تقارير صادرة عن برنامج الغذاء العالمي تؤكد تعذر وصول المساعدات إلى رفح ومناطق الشمال منذ منتصف مارس 2025.

رغم خطورة الموقف، تقتصر ردود الفعل الدولية على دعوات للتهدئة، دون اتخاذ إجراءات فعلية. الحدود المصرية المغلقة جزئيًا منذ فبراير 2025 تمثل عاملًا أساسيًا في فرض “الحصار الإنساني”، حسب تقرير قناة الجزيرة مباشر واستقصاءات بي بي سي عربي.
خاتمة: التهجير ليس سيناريو بل واقع بدأ بالفعل
رفح اليوم ليست مجرد مدينة تتعرض للهجوم، بل تمثل جبهة فاصلة في معركة الوجود الفلسطيني داخل قطاع غزة. التهجير لم يعد احتمالًا، بل حقيقة تتكرّس يومًا بعد يوم.
