في إطار الحفاظ على الصحة العمومية وحماية المستهلك تمكنت عناصر الشرطة التابعة للمصلحة الولائية للأمن العمومي بأمن ولاية بجاية خلال هذا الأسبوع من حجز كمية معتبرة من اللحوم البيضاء فاسدة وغير صالحة للإستهلاك البشري، تفاصيل العملية جاءت بعد توقيف عناصر الشرطة العاملة في الميدان على مستوى شارع الحرية أمام السوق البلدي المغطاة ببلدية بجاية مركبة نفعية من نوع ” شيري ” مجهزة بغرفة تبريد يقودها صاحب محل قصابة (بيع بالتجزئة لحوم بيضاء وحمراء) البالغ من العمر 42 سنة المقيم ببجاية، وبعد مراقبة حمولتها تبين بأنها معبأة بكمية من اللحوم البيضاء داخل صناديق بلاستيكية يقدر وزنها الإجمالي بـ 318 كلغ تتمثل في دجاج و ديك رومي، هاته الكمية كانت موجهة للتسويق غير خاضعة لشروط الذبح ولا تحمل أية تعريفة تبين مصدرها، كما أن صاحبها لا يحوز على الشهادة الصحية، وبعد عرض تلك اللحوم على الطبيب البيطري التابع للمصالح الفلاحية للولاية تبين أنها فاسدة وغير صالحة للإستهلاك البشري، ليتم حجزها وإتلافها بإستعمال مادة الجير، وقد تم إنجاز ملف جزائي ضد المخالف وإرساله إلى المصالح المختصة لإستكمال الإجراءات القانونية ضده.
