ظمت لجنة قرية آيت بوغارذان ببلدية أسي يوسف بولاية تيزي وزو الطبعة الرابعة للبرنوس، حيث كانت التظاهرة فرصة لسكان القرية لتكريم ابنهم حاليل علي، في وقفة عرفان وتقدير لما قدمه للفن والثقافة الجزائرية الأمازيغية، عبر برمجة جملة من النشاطات منها معارض حول البرنوس والصناعات والحرف التقليدية وكذا عروض ثقافية وفنية إلى جانب محاضرات حول تاريخ البرنوس ورمزيته ومكانته بالنسبة للسكان في الأمس والحاضر، ألقاها جامعيون وباحثون، لتختتم الطبعة الأولى للبرنوس بوقفة تخليد وترحم على الفنان حلي علي بمقبرة القرية حيث تم وضع باقة من الزهور والتذكير بمسيرته الفنية التي يتذكرها .وكما عرفت التظاهرة مشاركة حوالي 30عرض قدموا من مختلف البلديات المجاورة.
