تمكنت فرقة مكافحة الاتجار بالمخدرات بالمصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية بأمن ولاية الطارف من وضع حد لنشاط شبكة اجرامية تنشط في مجال الاتجار بالمؤثرات العقلية بطريقة غير مشروعة مع توقيف 3 اشخاص من أفرادها اعمارهم ما بين 30 و 42 سنة ينحدرون من ولاية الطارف مع حجز خلال العملية 1526 قرص مؤثر عقلي من مختلف الانواع، كمية من الكيف المعالج، اسلحة بيضاء محظورة و مبلغ مالي من العائدات الاجرامية، حيثيات القضية تعود إلى إستغلال معلومات من قبل المصلحة، حول قيام أفراد شبكة اجرامية بجلب كميات من المؤثرات العقلية قصد توزيعها و بيعها بطريقة غير مشروعة عبر ولاية الطارف انطلاقا من بلدية بريحان بالطارف التحريات التي باشرتها عناصر الفرقة، تحت إشراف النيابة المختصة، مكنت من توقيف شخص وحجز 900 قرص مهلوس من نوع بريغابلين 300 ملغ مواصلة للتحريات و التحقيقات تم توقيف شخصان اخران ينتمون للشبكة الاجرامية و حجز 626 قرص مؤثر عقلي من مختلف الانواع و اسلحة بيضاء محظورة فضلا عن مبلغ مالي من العائدات الاجرامية، بعد الانتهاء من جميع الاجراءات القانونية انجز ضدهم ملفات قضائية قدموا بموجبها امام الجهات القضائية المختصة بجرم حيازة و تخزين المؤثرات العقلية لغرض البيع بطريقة غير مشروعة اين صدر في حقهم امر بالحبس.
