في إطار محاربة الجريمة بشتى أنواعها خاصة ظاهرة المتاجرة بالمخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية، تمكنت عناصر الشرطة التابعة للفرقة المتنقلة للشرطة القضائية بأمن دائرة خراطة (BMPJ) خلال هذا الأسبوع من الإطاحة بشخصين يبلغان من العمر 29 و 33 سنة يحترفان المتاجرة بالمخدرات الصلبة الكوكايين بإقليم ولاية بجاية.
تفاصيل العملية جاءت بعد قيام عناصر الشرطة التابعة للفرقة المتنقلة للشرطة القضائية خراطة بوضع نقطة مراقبة وتفتيش ليلية على مستوى الطريق الوطني رقم 09 عند مدخل مدينة خراطة، أين تم توقيف مركبة من نوع فولسفاقن قولف وعلى متنها شخصين، وبعد إخضاع المركبة وراكبيها إلى عملية المراقبة والتفتيش تم ضبط بحوزة المشتبه فيهما على حزمتين من المخدرات الصلبة (كوكايين) مع مرآة زجاجية عليها آثار الكوكايين، بالإضافة إلى مبلغ مالي قدره 47000 دج.
وقد أنجز ملف جزائي ضد المشتبه فيهما لأجل قضية حيازة ونقل المخدرات الصلبة ” الكوكايين ” لغرض البيع بطريقة غير مشروعة، وتم تقديمهما أمام الجهات القضائية المختصة، أين صدر في حقهما أمر إيداع.
