وجهت للمشتبه فيهم التهم الاتية:
- جنحة سوء استغلال الوظيفة عمدا علي نحو يخرق القوانين.
- جنحة الإهمال الواضح المودي الي اختلاس وسرقة اموال عمومية.
- جنحة تبديد أموال عمومية.
- جنحة تحويل مادة اولية مدعمة عن مقصدها الامتيازي.
بعد الانتهاء من التحقيق في القضية تم تقديم المشتبه فيهم من اطارات تعاونية الحبوب والبقول الجافة بالمسيلة امام السيد وكيل الجمهورية المختص الذي احال ملف القضية علي قاضي التحقيق هدا الاخير أمر بايداع 02 شخصين الحبس المؤقت وهم مدير تعاونية الحبوب والبقول الجافة بالمسيلة ورئيس مصلحة الاستغلال
ووضع 02 اثنان شخصين مكلفين بالمخزن تحت الرقابة القضائية.
