في إطار العمل الميداني لمكافحة الجريمة بولاية أم البواقي، وبناء على معلومات مؤكدة مفادها حيازة شخص لاسلحة نارية (بنادق صيد) لغرض المتاجرة فيها بدون ترخيص، على مستوى مدينة عين فكرون، على الفور وبعد التحريات في القضية تم وضع خطة عمل ميدانية بالتنسيق الدائم والمستمر مع النيابة المحلية بعين فكرون ليتم على إثرها توقيف المشتبه فيه وبتفتيش مسكنه الكائن بحي المالحة بعين فكرون، تم العثور على سلاحين ناريين (بندقيتي صيد) عيار 12 اجنبية الصنع .
المشتبه فيه البالغ من العمر 32 سنة والمحجوزات تم تحويلهم مباشرة الى مقر الفرقة أين أنجز ضده ملفا جزائيا عن قضية: “جنحة حمل ونقل اسلحة من الصنف الخامس دون رخصة من السلطات المؤهلة قانونا” قدم بموجبه امام نيابة محكمة عين فكرون ، مع تسليم المحجوزات الى المصالح المختصة.
