الجزائر- أعلنت وزارة الاتصال, اليوم الثلاثاء في بيان لها, شروعها في استلام الملفات الخاصة بالتكيف مع أحكام قانون الإعلام, و القانون المتعلق بالصحافة المكتوبة والصحافة الإلكترونية, وذلك ابتداء من تاريخ 15 أبريل الجاري.
وجاء في البيان: “تعلم وزارة الاتصال الصحف الورقية والإلكترونية شروعها في استلام الملفات الخاصة بالتكيف مع أحكام القانون رقم 23-14 المؤرخ في 10 صفر عام 1445 الموافق 27 غشت سنة 2023 المنظم للإعلام, والقانون رقم 23-19 المؤرخ في 18 جمادى الأولى 1445 الموافق لـ 02 ديسمبر سنة 2023 المتعلق بالصحافة المكتوبة والصحافة الإلكترونية”.
كما تعلم الوزارة –يضيف البيان– “شروعها في استلام الملفات لإصدار نشريات دورية وصحف إلكترونية جديدة”, وذلك “ابتداء من تاريخ 15 أبريل 2024”, مشيرا إلى أن “آخر أجل لاستلام ملفات التكيف مع القانون الجديد هو 02 جوان 2024 طبقا للمادة 79 من القانون رقم 23-19 المتعلق بالصحافة المكتوبة والصحافة الإلكترونية”.
وحسب ذات المصدر, “تودع نسختان من الملف كاملا بمديرية وسائل الإعلام الطابق السابع, مكتب رقم 701, أو عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني:d.maedi@ministerecommunication.gov.dz“.
و “طبقا لأحكام المادة 6 من القانون رقم 23-19 المتعلق بالصحافة المكتوبة والصحافة الإلكترونية, يسلم وصل إيداع التصريح بنفس الكيفية التي تم بها إيداع التصريح. ويتم تحميل نموذج التصريح ومكونات الملف المرفق به من خلال الموقع الرسمي لوزارة الاتصال عبر الرابط:https://www.ministerecommunication.gov.dz”, وفقا لنفس البيان.
