الجزائر-تمكن عناصر الدرك الوطني بالوادي من تفكيك شبكة دولية متكونة من (19) شخصا, منهم (16) رعية أجنبية, مختصة في تهريب السيارات من دولة مجاورة للجزائر, حسب ما أفاد به, يوم الخميس, بيان لذات الهيئة الأمنية.
وتعود وقائع القضية –وفقا لتوضيحات المصدر ذاته– إلى “قيام أفراد السرية الإقليمية لأمن الطرقات للدرك الوطني بالوادي بتوقيف حافلة على متنها ستة رعايا أجانب, على أساس دخول كل شخص منهم على متن مركبة خاصة به, مع نيتهم بمغادرة أرض الوطن بطريقة غير شرعية عبر الشريط الحدودي على أن يتركوا المركبات الخاصة بهم داخل الجزائر”.
و أضاف البيان بأنه و”بعد تشديد المراقبة من طرف أفراد الدرك الوطني بالوادي ومراقبة وسائل النقل الخاصة و العمومية, وصل العدد إلى 16 رعية أجنبية, ينتهجون الأسلوب الإجرامي في مجال تهريب المركبات المستعملة بطريقة إحتيالية وطرحها للسير في التراب الوطني الجزائري بعد تزوير ملفاتها القاعدية و الحصول على فوائد مالية مضاعفة”.
كما أشار المصدر ذاته إلى أن عملية التهريب “تتم على مراحل بين بيع, شراء واتفاق وبطرق مختلفة بإستعمال وسائل الاتصال أو الوسائل الإلكترونية أو مباشرة بعد إلتقاء الطرفين في الجزائر والدول المجاورة, على أن يتكفل الطرف الأجنبي (بارونات تهريب السيارات) بمهمة تعيين السواق وتحديد وكالات السيارات من أجل إرسالها إلى الجزائر, بينما يتكفل البارون الجزائري بالتحضير المسبق لبطاقات تسجيل المركبات على أساس رقم تسلسلها في الطراز المرسل من طرف الأجنبي”.
و”بعد تزوير الملفات القاعدية لهذه السيارات, يتم إستخراج بطاقات التسجيل وانجاز لوحات الترقيم للمركبات المراد إدخالها من طرف الأجنبي الذي يستقبله الطرف الجزائري, حيث تسمح هذه التحضيرات بإثبات الوضعية القانونية للسيارة”, يتابع البيان.
