تجسيدًا للرؤية الوطنية الشاملة التي أقرّها السيد رئيس الجمهورية الرامية إلى عصرنة المنشآت المينائية وتحويلها إلى أقطاب لوجستية ذات مردودية عالية، وتنفيذًا لتوجيهات وتعليمات وزير الداخلية والجماعات المحلية والنقل، السيد السعيد سعيود، تعزّز ميناء مستغانم بإنجاز منصّة لوجستية كبرى مخصّصة لتخزين الحاويات، تُعدّ مشروعًا استراتيجيًا من شأنه دعم تحديث البنية التحتية المينائية وتحسين قدراتها الاستيعابية.
ويأتي هذا المشروع في إطار المتابعة الدورية التي شدّد خلالها السيد الوزير على ضرورة رفع الأداء التشغيلي للموانئ، تحسين نوعية الخدمات وترقية التسيير العصري، بما يعزّز تموقع ميناء مستغانم ضمن الشبكة الوطنية للموانئ ويمنحه ديناميكية اقتصادية ولوجستية جديدة، تواكب متطلبات النقل البحري والتجارة الدولية.
وفي السياق ذاته، انطلقت أشغال إعادة تأهيل الأرضية المسطّحة على مستوى الرصيفين 06 و07، باعتماد أحدث التقنيات المعمول بها في إنجاز الهياكل القاعدية المينائية، بهدف تحسين ظروف استقبال ومعالجة الحاويات، تعزيز شروط السلامة وضمان استمرارية النشاط وفق المعايير التقنية الحديثة.
ويُجسّد هذا المشروع المقاربة الشاملة التي انتهجتها السلطات العمومية لتطوير الموانئ الوطنية، من خلال برنامج متكامل شمل اقتناء معدات مرفئية متطورة، توسيع المساحات المستغلة، وإعادة تأهيل المنشآت القاعدية، بما يرسّخ دور الموانئ كمحرّك أساسي للنمو الاقتصادي ودعامة للتنمية المستدامة.
