تواصل فرنسا وإسبانيا مواجهة واحدة من أعنف موجات حرائق الغابات خلال السنوات الأخيرة، وسط تحذيرات من أن موجة حر جديدة تضرب غرب أوروبا قد تؤدي إلى تجدد انتشار النيران وتفاقم الأوضاع الميدانية. وتستعد مناطق واسعة في البلدين لارتفاع درجات الحرارة إلى نحو 40 درجة مئوية في فرنسا و42 درجة في أجزاء من إسبانيا، ما يزيد من صعوبة عمليات الإخماد.
وأجلت السلطات الفرنسية أكثر من 220 ألف شخص من المناطق المهددة، فيما تجاوز عدد الذين غادروا منازلهم في إسبانيا 73 ألفا. كما أصدرت السلطات الفرنسية، الثلاثاء، أوامر بإجلاء نحو أربعة آلاف شخص إضافي من مواقع سياحية على ساحل المحيط الأطلسي تحسبا لتدهور الوضع مع اشتداد الحرارة والرياح.
موجة حر رابعة تزيد المخاطر
تستعد فرنسا لمواجهة رابع موجة حر كبيرة خلال عام 2026، بينما تواصل فرق الإطفاء جهودها للسيطرة على الحرائق الضخمة في منطقة جيروند جنوب غرب البلاد، التي تضم مدينة بوردو. وفي المقابل، تواصل فرق الإطفاء الإسبانية مكافحة الحرائق، خصوصا في محيط العاصمة مدريد، رغم السماح بعودة السكان إلى عدد من المناطق التي شهدت تحسنا نسبيا.
وتشير توقعات الأرصاد الجوية إلى أن درجات الحرارة قد تلامس 40 درجة مئوية في عدة مناطق فرنسية، فيما يُنتظر أن تبلغ 42 درجة في شمال شرق إسبانيا ابتداء من الأربعاء، وهو ما يهدد بإعادة إشعال بؤر الحرائق التي لم تُخمد بالكامل.
آلاف الهكتارات احترقت
أتت الحرائق على أكثر من عشرة آلاف فدان من غابات الصنوبر في منطقة لاند بجنوب غرب فرنسا، وهي من أكثر المناطق عرضة للاشتعال بسبب الجفاف. كما دفعت النيران السلطات إلى تنفيذ عمليات إجلاء واسعة حفاظا على سلامة السكان والمصطافين.
وفي إسبانيا، لا تزال بعض الحرائق مشتعلة في محيط مدريد، رغم تحسن الوضع في عدد من البلديات والسماح بعودة السكان إليها بعد احتواء أجزاء من النيران.
ماكرون: أخطر ظروف مناخية منذ الحرب العالمية الثانية
وخلال زيارته لمنطقة بوردو، وصف الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون الوضع بأنه غير مسبوق، مؤكدا أن فرنسا تواجه “أخطر ظروف مناخية منذ الحرب العالمية الثانية”، في إشارة إلى تزايد موجات الحر والجفاف التي تضرب البلاد.
من جهتها، أكدت عضو مجلس الشيوخ عن منطقة جيروند، ناتالي ديلاتر، أن فرق الإطفاء تمكنت من تحقيق تقدم مهم خلال ساعات الليل، لكنها شددت على أن السيطرة الكاملة على الحرائق لا تزال رهينة بتطور الأحوال الجوية واستمرار جهود رجال الإطفاء على الأرض.
وفي بلدة بيسكاروس، الواقعة جنوب بوردو، سمحت السلطات بعودة نحو 15 ألف شخص إلى منازلهم وإلى أحد المخيمات القريبة، لكنها حذرت من أن خطر اندلاع حرائق جديدة لا يزال قائما بفعل الرياح والجفاف.
إسبانيا: بوادر انفراج حذر
في المقابل، أعرب رئيس الوزراء الإسباني بيدرو سانشيز عن تفاؤله بإمكانية السيطرة على الحرائق، مؤكدا أن بلاده بدأت “ترى الضوء في نهاية النفق”، بعد احتواء عدد من البؤر والسماح بعودة السكان إلى بعض المناطق.
ورغم ذلك، شدد سانشيز على أن التغير المناخي يجعل حرائق الغابات أكثر شدة وتكرارا، وهو ما يتطلب تعزيز إجراءات الوقاية والاستجابة للكوارث الطبيعية.
كما حذرت المفوضية الأوروبية من أن استمرار موجات الحر والجفاف قد يؤدي إلى اندلاع حرائق جديدة في دول أوروبية أخرى، في وقت يؤكد فيه علماء المناخ أن ارتفاع درجات الحرارة وتراجع معدلات الأمطار يهيئان ظروفا مثالية لانتشار حرائق الغابات واتساع رقعتها.
