الجزائر – أطلق الاتحاد الجزائري للشباب الموجة الثانية من حملته التحسيسية للوقاية من مخاطر تعاطي المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية، والتحذير من ظاهرة عصابات الأحياء، من خلال إرسال رسائل نصية تحسيسية عبر مختلف متعاملي الهاتف النقال في الجزائر، في مبادرة واسعة تهدف إلى الوصول إلى أكبر عدد ممكن من المواطنين.
وقد مكّنت هذه العملية، حسب المعطيات المقدمة من الاتحاد، من إيصال الرسائل التحسيسية إلى نحو 30 مليون شخص، بما يعكس اتساع نطاق الحملة وقدرتها على الوصول المباشر إلى المواطنين، لاسيما فئة الشباب، باعتبارها من أكثر الفئات استهدافًا بهذه الآفات الاجتماعية الخطيرة.
وتسلّط الرسائل الضوء على المخاطر الناجمة عن تعاطي المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية، إلى جانب التحذير من عصابات الأحياء، باعتبار أن الظاهرتين قد تشكلان، وفق مضمون الحملة، «فخًا واحدًا يستهدف الشباب»، ويمهّد للانحراف والجريمة وتهديد أمن المجتمع واستقراره.
وتندرج هذه المبادرة في إطار تعزيز العمل التحسيسي والوقائي، وترسيخ ثقافة اليقظة والمسؤولية لدى المواطنين، مع التأكيد على أهمية دور الأسرة والشباب والمجتمع المدني في التصدي لهذه الظواهر، وتشجيع المواطنين على الإبلاغ عن السلوكيات المشبوهة التي قد تهدد سلامة الأفراد والأحياء.
ويعكس اعتماد الرسائل النصية عبر مختلف شبكات الهاتف النقال توجهًا نحو توسيع أدوات الاتصال والتحسيس والوصول المباشر إلى المواطنين، بما يسمح بنشر الرسائل الوقائية على نطاق وطني واسع، وتعزيز الجهود الرامية إلى حماية الشباب وصون المجتمع من مخاطر المخدرات وعصابات الأحياء.
