تمكنت عناصر الشرطة القضائية بالأمن الحضري الخارجي شبيطة مختار بأمن ولاية الطارف من الاطاحة بعصابة اجرامية مختصة في السرقة تستهدف الكوابل النحاسية لشبكات الهاتف تابعة لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر متكونة من 3 اشخاص في العقد الثاني من العمر ينحدرون من بلدية شبيطة مختار ولاية الطارف تفاصيل القضية جاءت على اثر معلومات مؤكدة مفادها قيام اشخاص بفتح خزانة خاصة بشبكة الهاتف لسرقة الكوابل و الاسلاك النحاسية بأحد احياء المدينة ليتم التنقل على الفور الى عين المكان اين تم توقيف شخصان في حالة تلبس مع ضبط بحوزتهما معدات تستعمل في السرقة متمثلة قاطع حديدي، كماشة و قضيب حديدي يستعمل في فتح الخزنة الخاصة بالكوابل الهاتفية بتعميق التحريات مع المشتبه فيهما تبين أن لهما شريك في عمليات السرقة ليتم توقيفه مع إسترجاع خلال العملية 5 قنطار من الكوابل النحاسية الخاصة بشبكة الهاتف بعد الانتهاء من التحقيق معهم و استيفاء جميع الاجراءات القانونية انجز ضدهم ملفات قضائية قدموا بموجبها امام الجهات القضائية المختصة عن جرم التخريب العمدي لملك الدولة و السرقة بتوافر ظروف الليل و التعدد اين صدر في حق اثنين منهم أمر ايداع بمؤسسة اعادة التربية.
