Been punting on Tenobet for March, and I figure I’ve got a fair bit of history to actually comment. Came across it off a mate who was chasing a site with decent lobby depth that didn’t have all the deposit limit nagging you run into now on the regulated UK ones. Right, important bit: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, and that will matter to some of you a lot.
Lobby’s pretty huge — somewhere around 3,500+ games last I looked, and the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. I mostly grind Sweet Bonanza plus Gates of Olympus, which both behave properly on mobile browser. Live dealer’s all Evolution, so you know exactly what you expect — real croupiers, Crazy Time if that’s your thing. There’s a sportsbook too, and it I’ve dabbled in for Premier League, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
On the sign-up offer is a 100% match to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms before you commit, it’s not amazing but not predatory either. There’s no no-deposit bonus that I could find. For the the live offers, you’ll find them at tenobet before you sign up. Minimum deposit is ?10, standard stuff, the form took about three minutes.
Money side’s been generally fine in my experience. Visa/Mastercard work, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, and crypto for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have come through same day twice; Visa took closer to three days. What did wind me up was the verification — took a day and a half to clear my documents, and my first withdrawal sat waiting until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, just slow.
Couple of niggles: no native app, so it’s browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my phone though I’d prefer a proper app. Logging in is occasionally sluggish at peak times. Support’s fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the first replies feel a bit scripted. Push past that and someone competent turns up.
