قانون المالية 2025: تنظيم بيع السيارات المستوردة
وفق قانون المالية 2025، تم تحديد ضوابط صارمة لبيع السيارات المستوردة التي يقل عمرها عن ثلاث سنوات:
- لا يمكن إعادة بيع هذه السيارات إلا بعد دفع الامتياز الجبائي الممنوح.
- يُمنع التنازل عن السيارة لمدة 36 شهرًا إلا بعد دفع الامتياز الجبائي.
- في حال بيع السيارة بعد 24 شهرًا وحتى 36 شهرًا، يتوجب دفع 33% من قيمة الامتياز.
- يتم الإعفاء من دفع الامتياز الجبائي عند بيع السيارة بعد مرور 36 شهرًا من تاريخ جمركتها.
رسوم قسائم السيارات
- حددت رسوم قسيمة السيارات ذات عدد أحصنة يزيد عن 10 وفق الفئات العمرية كما يلي:
- أقل من 3 سنوات: 25,000 دج.
- أقل من 6 سنوات: 20,000 دج.
- بين 6 و10 سنوات: 15,000 دج.
- أكثر من 10 سنوات: 10,000 دج.
- يمكن اقتناء القسيمة عن بعد وتحميل الإيصال الخاص بها، مع إعفاء المركبات من إلزامية استظهار القسيمة على الزجاج الأمامي عند شرائها إلكترونيًا. ش ع
