في خطوة جديدة تهدف إلى تحسين وضعية الأساتذة المتعاقدين وضمان استقرار المنظومة التربوية، أعلنت وزارة التربية الوطنية عن الشروع في عملية إدماج واسعة لأساتذة التعليم في مختلف الأطوار، وذلك ابتداءً من سنة 2025، وفق أحكام المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 25-1152.
تفاصيل الإدماج حسب الأطوار:
الطور الابتدائي: إدماج الأساتذة المتعاقدين في رتبة أستاذ التعليم الابتدائي شريطة حيازتهم شهادة الليسانس أو مؤهل معترف به، مع احتساب الخبرة والشهادات المكملة.
الطور المتوسط: إدماج الأساتذة المتعاقدين في رتبة أستاذ التعليم المتوسط وفق نفس الشروط، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار التخصصات العلمية والأدبية المعتمدة.
الطور الثانوي: إدماج الأساتذة المتعاقدين في رتبة أستاذ التعليم الثانوي بالنسبة لحاملي شهادة الماستر أو ما يعادلها، مع اعتماد القرار الوزاري المشترك المؤرخ في 10 مارس 2016.
📑 الملف المطلوب للإدماج:
يتكون ملف الإدماج من:
1. نسخة من بطاقة التعريف الوطنية سارية المفعول.
2. نسخة من المؤهل العلمي الذي تم على أساسه التوظيف بصفة أستاذ متعاقد.
أوضحت الوزارة أن الأساتذة الذين تم توظيفهم سابقاً بصفة أستاذ ثانوي على أساس شهادة الليسانس سيُوقف مسارهم كمتعاقدين، حيث يُعاد إدماجهم وفق الترتيبات الخاصة بالقرار الوزاري المؤرخ في نوفمبر 2013 المتعلق بالتكوين.
تسعى وزارة التربية من خلال هذه العملية إلى:
ضمان استقرار الأسلاك التربوية.
تعزيز جودة التعليم عبر تثبيت الأساتذة.
إنهاء حالة عدم الاستقرار المهني التي عانى منها المتعاقدون لسنوات.
