دخلت القوات الحكومية السورية، الثلاثاء، إلى مدينة القامشلي ذات الغالبية الكردية في شمال شرق البلاد، تنفيذاً للاتفاق المبرم مع قوات سوريا الديمقراطية «قسد»، والذي أنهى أسابيع من التصعيد العسكري في المنطقة.
وذكرت وكالة الأنباء السورية الرسمية «سانا» أن «رتلاً من قوات الأمن الداخلي بدأ بالدخول إلى مدينة القامشلي»، في حين أفاد مراسل لوكالة الأنباء الفرنسية، الذي رافق القوات، بأن الرتل المؤلف من آليات ومدرعات اتجه نحو مشارف المدينة، التي تُعد المعقل الأبرز للإدارة الذاتية الكردية.
ويأتي هذا الانتشار بعد يوم من دخول وحدات من القوات الحكومية إلى مدينة الحسكة، ذات التركيبة السكانية المختلطة من أكراد وعرب، وكذلك إلى ريف مدينة كوباني (عين العرب) ذات الغالبية الكردية شمال محافظة حلب، وذلك في إطار المرحلة الأولى من تطبيق الاتفاق بين الجانبين.
وكانت قوات الأمن الكردية قد أعلنت، الاثنين، فرض حظر تجوال كلي في القامشلي من الساعة السادسة صباحاً وحتى صباح الأربعاء، «حرصاً على الأمن والاستقرار وسلامة الأهالي»، داعية السكان إلى الالتزام بالقرار تحت طائلة اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحق المخالفين.
وأفاد مراسل آخر لوكالة الأنباء الفرنسية عن شلل شبه كامل في حركة السكان داخل القامشلي منذ ساعات الصباح، وسط انتشار كثيف لقوات «الأسايش» عند مداخل المدينة وفي أحيائها الرئيسية، مع رفع أعلام الإدارة الذاتية ورايات وحدات حماية الشعب التي تقود قوات سوريا الديمقراطية.
وبحسب بنود الاتفاق، يضم الرتل الأمني الحكومي عدداً محدوداً من العناصر والآليات، على أن تبدأ في مرحلة لاحقة عملية دمج تدريجي للقوات الكردية من أجهزة الأمن والشرطة ضمن صفوف وزارة الداخلية السورية. وأوضح قائد الأمن الداخلي في محافظة الحسكة، مروان العلي، الذي عُيّن في منصبه الأسبوع الماضي، أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن ترتيبات مرحلية متفق عليها.
