العملية جاءت على إثر حصول عناصر الامن الحضري الثاني بأم البواقي بتاريخ على معلومات، مفادها قيام اشخاص بترويج المؤثرات العقلية على مستوى حي النصر بأم البواقي ، ليتم تكثيف التحريات والابحاث مع وضع خطط عملياتية محكمة اثمرت بتوقيف شخصين كل واحد على حدا يبلغان من العمر 27 و 29 سنة، اين ضبطت بحوزتهما على كميات من المؤثرات العقلية مجزأة ومهيأة للترويج قدر مجموعها بـ 140 قرص مهلوس من ادوية مختلفة ، ليتم تحويلهما الى مقر الشرطة أين اتخذت في شأنهما كل الاجراءات القانونية وإنجاز ملفات جزائية ضدهما ، قدما بموجبهما امام نيابة محكمة ام البواقي بتاريخ 2024.02.22 عن قضية:” حيازة ادوية مهلوسة ذات طابع مخدر لغرض البيع والمتاجرة فيها دون سند شرعي”.
