توقف شخص مشتبه فيه في ترويج المؤثرات العقلية وتحجز 282 قرص مهلوس
القضية جاءت بعد استغلال معلومة مؤكدة تحصل عليها عناصر الفرقة مفادها قيام احد الاشخاص بتخزين وترويج المؤثرات العقلية ، على الفور تم اتخاذ كافة الاجرءات القانونية بالتنسق مع السيد وكيل الجمهورية لدى محكمة ام البواقي اين تم رسم خطة امنية مكنت من توقيف المشتبه فيه وتفتيش مسكنه الكائن بحي مصطفى بن بوالعيد بأم البواقي اين تم حجز كمية من الاقراص المهلوسة لادوية مختلفة مهيأة للترويج إضافة الى مقص حديدي ومبلغ مالي من عائدات الترويج
المشتبه فيه البالغ من العمر 29 سنة تم تحويله مباشرة مع المحجوزات الى مقر الفرقة أين أتخذ في شأنه كل الاجراءات القانونية وأنجز ضده ملفا جزائيا عن قضية: “حيازة وتخزين مؤثرات عقلية ومواد صيدلانية ذات خصائص مؤثرة على العقل لغرض البيع بطريقة غير شرعية ” قدم بموجبه بتاريخ 2024.02.08 أمام نيابة محكمة ام البواقي .
