وحسب نظام المنافسة تتأهل كل الأندية للدور ثمن النهائي للمنافسة.
وكانت الطبعة ال31 من المنافسة التي جرت بمدينة نابل التونسية عام 2023، قد أسفرت عن تتويج الزمالك المصري باللقب على حساب نادي بايب لاين الكيني بنتيجة (3-1)، و اكتفى حينها، ممثل الجزائر، نادي مولودية الجزائر باحتلال المركز الرابع بعد هزيمته أمام نادي قرطاج التونسي في المقابلة الترتيبية من أجل المركز الثالث، بنتيجة ثلاثة أشواط لصفر (3-0).وأج
