حذر وزير الموارد المائية والري المصري هانى سويلم من أخطار التحركات الأحادية غير الملتزمة بمبادئ القانون الدولي على أحواض الأنهار المشتركة، والتي “يُعد أحد أمثلتها السد الإثيوبي الذي تم البدء في إنشائه دونما تشاور ودون إجراء دراسات وافية عن السلامة أو عن آثاره الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية على الدول المتشاطئة”.
وأضاف الوزير المصري في الجلسة الافتتاحية لمؤتمر بغداد الدولي الرابع للمياه أن هذه الممارسات الأحادية غير التعاونية تشكل خرقاً للقانون الدولي بما في ذلك اتفاق إعلان المبادئ الموقع في عام 2015، ولا تتسق مع بيان مجلس الأمن الصادر في سبتمبر عام 2021، الأمر الذى يشكل استمراره خطراً وجودياً على أكثر من 150 مليون مواطن، في إشارة إلى عدد سكان مصر والسودان.
وشدد على أن وجود تعاون مائي فعال عابر للحدود يعد بالنسبة لمصر أمر لا غنى عنه.

Solid endorsement from me, the writing earns it, and a look at modcove continues to earn it across the broader site too, the kind of operation that maintains quality across many pages rather than just one viral post is a sign of serious commitment and that is what I see here clearly across what I read.
