ـ نبّه السيد الرئيس على أن تنصيب هذه التعاونيات ينبغي أن يكون في آجال لا تتجاوز نهاية شهر مارس المقبل، كون موسم الحصاد ينطلق مبكرا في بعض مناطق الجزائر لاسيما الجنوبية.
ـ ضرورة اقتناء العتاد الفلاحي من قبل مجمع أغروديف مما هو مؤهل ومتوفر لدى المصنعين المحليين لهذا النوع من العتاد.
