♦️شرعت صبيحة اليوم الأحد 1 فيفري 2026 بعثة استعلامية مؤقتة منبثقة عن لجنة التربية والتكوين والتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والشؤون الدينية بمجلس الأمة، في مباشرة مهامها الرقابية والاستعلامية بولاية قالمة، وذلك بحضور عضو مجلس الأمة السيد علي عبد القادر، في إطار الصلاحيات المخولة دستورياً، لاسيما أحكام المادة 137 الفقرة (2) من الدستور والمادتين 50 و51 من النظام الداخلي لمجلس الأمة، حيث استهلت البعثة برنامجها الميداني بزيارة جامعة 08 ماي 1945 والاستماع إلى عرض مفصل حول واقع قطاع التعليم العالي، مع تسجيل انشغالات الأساتذة والطلبة والإطارات المتعلقة بالبيداغوجيا والهياكل وظروف التكوين.
♦️وفي هذا السياق، واصل وفد البعثة الاستعلامية زيارته بتفقد كلية الطب وكلية العلوم، أين وقف على ظروف التكوين والتأطير البيداغوجي، قبل أن ينتقل إلى المدرسة العليا للأساتذة والإقامة الجامعية، حيث عاين أوضاع التدريس والإيواء والخدمات الاجتماعية المقدمة للطلبة، كما شملت الزيارة المجمع الجامعي القديم بحي CNEP، إلى جانب مشروع المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني، الذي تقرر دخوله حيز الخدمة مع بداية الدخول المهني المقبل، فضلاً عن زيارة عدد من مراكز التكوين والتعليم المهنيين، أين استمعت البعثة لانشغالات المتكونين والمؤطرين وسجلت ملاحظات ميدانية بخصوص ظروف التكوين.
♦️واختتمت البعثة الاستعلامية المؤقتة برنامج عمل يومها الأول بتفقد عدة مؤسسات تربوية، من بينها ثانوية محمود بن محمود، ومتوسطة محمد عبده، ومتوسطة حي 956 مسكن DNC، ومتقن هيلوبوليس، حيث تلقت شروحات وافية حول واقع هذه المؤسسات وظروف تمدرس التلاميذ، إلى جانب عرض شامل قدمته مديرة التربية للولاية حول وضعية قطاع التربية بقالمة، فيما يرتقب أن تواصل البعثة مهامها الرقابية والاستعلامية خلال الأيام المقبلة للوقوف على مجمل الانشغالات ورفع تقرير مفصل يتضمن التوصيات والقرارات اللازمة.
