وأوضح بوصبيع، أن هذا القرار لا يقتصر على جانبه التقني فحسب، بل يحمل في طياته رسالة ثقة قوية موجهة إلى المستثمرين والمتعاملين الاقتصاديين داخل الجزائر وخارجها.
