أكد السيد مصطفى بوصبيع، رئيس المكتب الولائي للتجار والحرفيين بولاية معسكر، أن قرار مجموعة العمل المالي الدولية (GAFI) سحب الجزائر نهائياً من القائمة الرمادية يمثل مكسباً اقتصادياً ومالياً بالغ الأهمية، ويشكل نقطة انطلاق جديدة نحو بناء اقتصاد أكثر قوة وانفتاحاً وجاذبية للاستثمار.
وأوضح بوصبيع، أن هذا القرار لا يقتصر على جانبه التقني فحسب، بل يحمل في طياته رسالة ثقة قوية موجهة إلى المستثمرين والمتعاملين الاقتصاديين داخل الجزائر وخارجها.
وأشار إلى أن الجزائر أثبتت، من خلال الإصلاحات والمبادرات التي باشرتها خلال السنوات الأخيرة، قدرتها على تعزيز منظومتها المالية والتجارية، وتحسين آليات الرقابة والشفافية، وهو ما تُوّج باستعادة الثقة الدولية.
وأضاف أن لهذا الإنجاز دلالات إيجابية عديدة، من بينها تحسين صورة الجزائر لدى المستثمرين والمؤسسات المالية الدولية، وتسهيل المعاملات البنكية والتجارية مع الشركاء الأجانب، فضلاً عن تشجيع الاستثمار الوطني والأجنبي المباشر، بما يسهم في خلق مناصب شغل جديدة.
واعتبر المتحدث أن هذا المكسب يمثل خطوة مهمة نحو بناء اقتصاد عصري أكثر شفافية وتنافسية، لكنه ليس غاية في حد ذاته، بل بداية لمرحلة جديدة تتطلب مواصلة الإصلاحات، وتحسين مناخ الأعمال، وتبسيط الإجراءات الإدارية، وتشجيع روح المبادرة.
وأكد بوصبيع أن الجزائر تمتلك مقومات حقيقية لتحقيق نهضة اقتصادية شاملة، بفضل موقعها الاستراتيجي، ومواردها الطبيعية الهامة، وسوقها الوطنية الواسعة، فضلاً عن الكفاءات البشرية القادرة على تحقيق التحول الاقتصادي المنشود.
وشدد على ضرورة اتخاذ إجراءات ملموسة خلال المرحلة المقبلة لدعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، باعتبارها المحرك الأساسي للتنمية وخلق الثروة، مع تشجيع الإنتاج الوطني، وتعزيز الرقمنة، وتبسيط الإجراءات، وإدماج الاقتصاد الموازي ضمن الدورة الاقتصادية الرسمية.
كما نوّه بالدور الذي لعبه التجار، إلى جانب مختلف الهيئات والمؤسسات، في تعزيز الشفافية الاقتصادية، مؤكداً أن انخراطهم في الاقتصاد الرسمي واحترامهم لقواعد الشفافية وتعاونهم مع مصالح السجل التجاري والهيئات الرقابية، أسهم بشكل مباشر في خروج الجزائر من القائمة الرمادية.
وختم رئيس المكتب الولائي للتجار والحرفيين بمعسكر تصريحه بالتأكيد على أن هذا الإنجاز هو ثمرة جهود جماعية شاركت فيها مختلف مؤسسات الدولة، وسيسهم في تعزيز ثقة المستثمرين والشركاء الاقتصاديين، ويفتح آفاقاً جديدة أمام التنمية والاستثمار في الجزائر.
