في إطار مكافحة الجريمة بشتى أشكالها تمكنت عناصر فرقة البحث و التدخل التابعة لأمن ولاية بجاية خلال هذا الأسبوع من الإطاحة بجماعة أشرار تتكون من 06 أشخاص تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 28 و 53 سنة، تحترف التزوير و إستعمال المزور في محررات رسمية وتقليد أختام الدولة، تفاصيل القضية جاءت بعد ورود معلومات إلى فرقة البحث والتدخل مفادها تورط طالب جامعي يدرس بجامعة بجاية بتزوير مختلف الوثائق الإدارية المشكلة لملفات طلبات تأشيرات الهجرة للدراسة نحو بلدان أوروبية و أمريكية، لفائدة الطلبة الجامعيين، متخذا غرفة بإحدى الإقامات الجامعية بمدينة بجاية مكانا لعمليات التزوير، على إثر هذه المعلومات تم تكثيف الأبحاث والتحريات والتي أسفرت إلى تحديد هوية المشتبه فيه، وبعد ترصد تحركاته تم توقيفه رفقة شريكه الذي يعد طالب جامعي هو الآخر بمحاذاة ذات الإقامة الجامعية في حالة تلبس وهما بصدد تسليم ملف إداري مشكل من وثائق إدارية مزورة إلى شخص آخر مقابل مبلغ مالي يفوق 03 ملايين سنتيم، خلال العملية تم حجز الملف الإداري المزور ومبلغ مالي يفوق 06 ملايين سنتيم كان بحوزة المشتبه فيه الرئيسي.
مواصلة للتحقيق وتحت إشراف السلطات القضائية المختصة تم تفتيش غرفتي الطالبين الجامعيين بداخل الإقامة الجامعية أين تم ضبط وحجز أجهزة إعلام آلي محمولة، طابعة ملونة مجهزة بجهاز سكانير و آلة لتقطيع الأوراق، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من الوثائق المزورة و 31 ملف إداري مزور يخص كلا الجنسين، كما أفضى التحقيق إلى تحديد هوية 03 مشتبه فيهم آخرين متورطين في القضية وتوقيفهم.
وقد تم إنجاز ملف جزائي ضد المشتبه فيهم لأجل قضية جناية تكوين جمعية أشرار و التزوير في وثائق عمومية، التزوير في وثائق تجارية وإدارية، وتم تقديمهم أمام الجهات القضائية المختصة، أين صدر في حق الطالبين الجامعيين وشخص آخر أمر إيداع، بينما بقية المشتبه فيهم وضعوا تحت إجراء الرقابة القضائية.
