الجزائر – أكد وزير الشؤون الخارجية والجالية الوطنية بالخارج، السيد أحمد عطاف، اليوم الخميس بالجزائر العاصمة, أن الاجتماع التشاوري الأول الذي جمع مؤخرا بتونس رئيس الجمهورية، السيد عبد المجيد تبون، والرئيس التونسي، السيد قيس سعيد، ورئيس المجلس الرئاسي الليبي، السيد محمد يونس المنفي، كان “ناجحا” وهو “ليس وليد ظروف خاصة” كما أنه “ليس بديلا عن اتحاد المغرب العربي”.
وقال السيد عطاف في لقاء مع ممثلي الصحافة الوطنية سلط من خلاله الضوء على الجهود الدبلوماسية التي تقوم بها الجزائر في العديد من الملفات والقضايا الراهنة, أن اللقاء التشاوري بين القادة الثلاثة بتونس “ليس موجها ضد أي طرف”، مشيرا الى أن اتحاد المغرب العربي يظل “مشروعا وهدفا تاريخيا” وأن باب المشاورات يبقى “مفتوحا أمام الجميع إذا توفرت النية والإرادة السياسية”.
وكشف الوزير أن رئيس الجمهورية، السيد عبد المجيد تبون، “فكر في هذه المبادرة منذ مدة طويلة وتطرق إليها مع قادة دول المغرب العربي ووزراء خارجيتها خلال مختلف الزيارات التي قاموا بها الى بلادنا”, معتبرا أن “شمال افريقيا والمغرب العربي تكاد تكون المنطقة الوحيدة في العالم التي تفتقر الى آلية للتشاور المنتظم والدوري بين دول هذا الفضاء”, لذلك –يضيف الوزير– “كان السيد رئيس الجمهورية يصر في كل مناسبة على استحداث آلية لسد هذا الفراغ وإسماع صوت المنطقة في كافة المحافل الدولية والجهوية”.
وعبر السيد عطاف في هذا الإطار عن “أسفه” لكون منطقة المغرب العربي “تتضمن ملفات تصنع الحدث في العالم، على غرار الملف الليبي ومنطقة الساحل الصحراوي”، غير أن هذه الملفات –كما قال– “تخوض فيها كل الدول إلا دول المنطقة التي تعتبر معنية بهذه الملفات بالدرجة الأولى”، وهو “واقع مرير”، على حد قوله.

If everything in this universe has a cause, then surely the cause of my hunger must be the divine order of things aligning to guide me toward the ultimate pleasure of a well-timed meal. Could it be that desire itself is a cosmic signal, a way for nature to communicate with us, pushing us toward the fulfillment of our potential? Perhaps the true philosopher is not the one who ignores his desires, but the one who understands their deeper meaning.
The cosmos is said to be an ordered place, ruled by laws and principles, yet within that order exists chaos, unpredictability, and the unexpected. Perhaps true balance is not about eliminating chaos but embracing it, learning to see the beauty in disorder, the harmony within the unpredictable. Maybe to truly understand the universe, we must stop trying to control it and simply become one with its rhythm.
Friendship, some say, is a single soul residing in two bodies, but why limit it to two? What if friendship is more like a great, endless web, where each connection strengthens the whole? Maybe we are not separate beings at all, but parts of one vast consciousness, reaching out through the illusion of individuality to recognize itself in another.
