الجزائر – وجهت وزارة الاتصال إعذارا للصحيفة الالكترونية “دزاير توب” واستدعت مدير نشرها، وذلك بسبب نشر محتوى إعلامي مخالف لآداب وأخلاقيات مهنة الصحافة، حسب ما أورده يوم الإثنين بيان للوزارة.
وأوضح ذات المصدر أنه “بناء على الشكوى المقدمة من طرف المؤسسة العمومية “مدار” بخصوص المحتوى الإعلامي الذي نشرته الصحيفة الالكترونية “دزاير توب” بتاريخ 12 سبتمبر 2024 وعملا بأحكام المادة 80 من القانون رقم 23-19 المتعلق بالصحافة المكتوبة والصحافة الالكترونية، استدعت وزارة الاتصال يوم الأحد 22 سبتمبر 2024 مدير النشر السيد معمر غاني وذكرته بضرورة الالتزام بأحكام المواد المنظمة للعمل الصحفي لاسيما المادتين 3 و 35 من القانون العضوي رقم 23-14 المتعلق بالإعلام والتقيد التام بقواعد آداب وأخلاقيات مهنة الصحافة”.
وأضاف البيان أنه “حرصا على احترام الأحكام المنظمة لنشاط الإعلام، وجهت وزارة الاتصال لوسيلة الإعلام المعنية إعذارا بغرض الامتثال لأحكام القانون طبقا لأحكام المادة 68 من القانون رقم 23-19 المذكور أعلاه، وإلزامها بالسحب الفوري للمحتويات المخالفة المنشورة على الموقع الالكتروني للصحيفة ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مع ضمان حق الرد في إطار احترام الإجراءات القانونية المعمول بها في هذا الشأن”.وأج
