مستغانم – في سابقة تنظيمية على مستوى محافظة حزب جبهة التحرير الوطني بمستغانم، عُيّنت السيدة باي خيرة أمينةً لمحافظة الحزب بالولاية، بقرار من الأمين العام لحزب جبهة التحرير الوطني، الأستاذ بن مبارك عبد الكريم.
ويكتسي هذا التعيين أهمية خاصة، باعتباره المرة الأولى التي تتولى فيها امرأة مسؤولية قيادة محافظة الحزب بمستغانم، في خطوة تعكس توجهًا نحو تعزيز حضور الكفاءات النسوية في مواقع المسؤولية وتجديد الطاقات داخل الهياكل الحزبية.
ويأتي هذا القرار، حسب ما أفادت به محافظة الحزب عبر خلية الإعلام والاتصال، في إطار تجديد الهياكل وضخ دماء جديدة في العمل الحزبي، إلى جانب تعزيز الحضور الميداني وتقوية التواصل مع المناضلين والانفتاح على انشغالات المواطنين بمختلف بلديات الولاية.
كما يرتقب أن تركز المرحلة المقبلة على تفعيل العمل الجواري، وتعزيز التنسيق بين مختلف الهياكل والمناضلين، بما يسمح بإعطاء دفع جديد للنشاط التنظيمي والميداني للمحافظة.
ويشكل تعيين باي خيرة، في هذا السياق، محطة بارزة في مسار الحزب بمستغانم، لاسيما من حيث ترسيخ مشاركة المرأة في المسؤوليات القيادية وفتح المجال أمام طاقات جديدة للمساهمة في تطوير الأداء التنظيمي والحزبي على مستوى الولاية.
