I’ve been punting on Tenobet for February, so I figure I have enough experience to actually comment. Found it through a mate of mine who wanted a site with half-decent lobby depth without the usual affordability checks you see everywhere now on the UKGC sites. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on GamStop, and that cuts both ways.
Lobby’s genuinely big — somewhere around 4,000+ slots by my count, with the providers that matter are present: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I stick to Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, both behave properly on mobile browser. The live rooms are Evolution, so you know what you’re getting — actual dealers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. There’s a sportsbook too, and it I’ve dabbled in on the football, it’s fine, nothing more.
The welcome thing is a 100% match to ?125 and 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms first, it’s not the loosest either. Don’t expect free credit without depositing unfortunately. If you want to see what’s running currently, have a look over on tenobet before you sign up. Min deposit’s ?10, registration took under five minutes.
Cashouts have been the stronger part in my experience. Cards go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have landed in under 24 hours; cards were a bit longer. My main gripe was KYC — they took 36-48 hours to clear my documents, so the first cashout sat waiting until that cleared. Not dodgy, but a bit of a wait.
Other gripes: no native app, so you’re on the mobile site. Works fine on my phone but I’d prefer a proper app. The login sometimes gets a bit slow at peak times. Support’s English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the first replies read like templates. Ask a specific question and someone competent turns up.
I’ve been playing at Tenobet since about the spring, so I reckon I have a fair bit of mileage to say something useful. Found it through someone on another board who was chasing a site with proper lobby depth without the usual affordability nonsense you see everywhere now on the UKGC sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Game selection’s honestly massive — somewhere around 3,500+ slots last I looked, with the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I grind Gates of Olympus plus Book of Dead, both behave properly on mobile browser. The live rooms are Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — actual dealers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, and it gets a bit of use from me for footy, nothing special.
Bonus-wise it’s a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, and you need the code JOIN002 — I nearly forgot it the first time. Read the wagering first, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus unfortunately. For the current promos, they’re listed at https://solvecovid19.net rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s a tenner, the form took about three minutes.
Money side’s been generally fine for me. Visa and Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have come through within a day; cards were closer to three days. My main gripe was KYC — they took a day and a half to clear my documents, which held up the first payout just sat there the whole time. Not a scam, but a bit of a wait.
Couple of niggles: there’s no app, which means mobile browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my phone though an app would be nicer. The login can be a bit slow around weekend evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the first replies feel a bit scripted. Ask a specific question and they sort it.
