مواصلة لبرنامج إحياء اليوم العالمي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة “ذوي الهمم” المصادف ليوم 03 ديسمبر من كل سنة توجه السيد #أمومنمرموريواليولايةسعيدة، والوفد المرافق له إلى المسرح الجهوي سيراط بومدين.
بعد تلاوة عطرة من آيات بينات من الذكر الحكيم و الإستماع للنشيد الوطني، ألقا السيد الوالي كلمة أكد من خلالها أن إحياء هذه الذكرى يُعدّ مناسبة لإبراز جهود الدولة الجزائرية للتكفل بهذه الفئة و دعم السلطات لأبنائها من ذوي الهمم،ومرافقتهم قصد تسهيل ادماجهم مهنيا وتعزيز مشاركتهم في التنمية المستدامة وذلك من خلال رصد البرامج التنموية والإعتمادات المالية.
وجدّد مسؤول الهيئة التنفيذية التأكيد على وجود إرادة سياسية قوية للدولة الجزائرية للعمل على ادماج ذوي الهمم اجتماعيا واقتصاديا،ثقافيا ورياضيا وانخراطهم في بناء الصّرح المؤسساتي الذي يبنى بسواعد جميع أبنائها وبناتها المخلصين ، كما نوّه بالمجهودات المبذولة من طرف القائمين على القطاع لاسيما المؤطرين الساهرين على التكفل بهذه الفئة من المجتمع.
ومن جهته أشار السيد مدير النشاط الإجتماعي، الى حرص قطاع النشاط الإجتماعي و السلطات المحلية، وعلى رأسها السيد والي الولاية من أجل التكفل بهذه الفئة وقدم بعض الإحصائيات مشيرا الى وجود أكثر من 17000 من ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة منهم 5400 يمثلون إعاقة مائة بالمائة.
للإشارة تم إقتناء وتوزيع خلال سنة 2024 أجهزة متحركة وأخرى لضعيفي البصر والمكفوفين، وضعيفي السمع والصم تمثلت في (38 كرسي متحرك للصغار، 78 كرسي متحرك للكبار، 34 كرسي متحرك كهربائي،07 كرسي متحرك للأطفال، 306 نظارات طبية، 28 أجهزة سمع و784 بطارية).
وتضمّن برنامح الاحتفال تنظيم معرض، الى جانب عروض فنية، أبدع فيها تلاميذ المراكز البيذاغوجية من بينها عرض مسرحي حول الشهيد فارس الزقاي ،مسيرة أمل، أوبيرات صوت القنابل وحوار شعري.
كما تخلّل البرنامج توزيع عتاد وكراسي متحرّكة كهربائية و أخرى IMC على ذوي الهمم وتكريم رياضيين بمناسبة نيلهم المراتب الأولى في البطولة الوطنية لشبه ألعاب القوى
