ام البواقي بعين مليلة | استمرار التوتر داخل المجلس الشعبي البلدي
شهدت بلدية عين مليلة، أمس، حالة رفض شبه جماعية من قبل معظم أعضاء المجلس الشعبي البلدي لحضور جلسة المداولة المقررة بتاريخ 27 نوفمبر 2025، ما أدى إلى عدم اكتمال النصاب القانوني وتعذّر انعقاد الجلسة بشكل رسمي.
هذا التطور أعاد إلى الواجهة سيناريو الانسداد الإداري الذي عاشه المجلس قبل نحو عامين، وهو ما زاد من مخاوف المواطنين بشأن مستقبل التسيير المحلي واستقرار العمل البلدي.
عدد من الأعضاء الذين تواصلنا معهم أكدوا وجود تجاوزات متكررة – حسب وصفهم – من طرف رئيس المجلس الشعبي البلدي، الأمر الذي دفعهم إلى المقاطعة والتوجه نحو المطالبة بـ تدخل عاجل من والي الولاية لإعادة الانسجام وضمان السير العادي لمؤسسات البلدية.
