أفادت وسائل إعلام صينية انه يرتقب أن يشرع المبعوث الخاص للرئيس الصيني، ليو قوه تشونغ، في زيارة رسمية إلى الجزائر بداية من منتصف الشهر الجاري، وقالت المصادر ذاتها، إن ليو قوه تشونغ،المبعوث الخاص للرئيس الصيني شيجين بينغ يعتزم حضور القمة الـ 19لحركة عدم الانحياز وقمة الجنوب الثالثة في أوغندا.
وأضاف المصدر أنه يعتزم أيضا إجراء زيارة إلى الجزائر و الكاميرون و تنزانيا خلال الفترة من 15 حتى 24 جانفي الجاري
