حذر وزير الموارد المائية والري المصري هانى سويلم من أخطار التحركات الأحادية غير الملتزمة بمبادئ القانون الدولي على أحواض الأنهار المشتركة، والتي “يُعد أحد أمثلتها السد الإثيوبي الذي تم البدء في إنشائه دونما تشاور ودون إجراء دراسات وافية عن السلامة أو عن آثاره الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية على الدول المتشاطئة”.
وأضاف الوزير المصري في الجلسة الافتتاحية لمؤتمر بغداد الدولي الرابع للمياه أن هذه الممارسات الأحادية غير التعاونية تشكل خرقاً للقانون الدولي بما في ذلك اتفاق إعلان المبادئ الموقع في عام 2015، ولا تتسق مع بيان مجلس الأمن الصادر في سبتمبر عام 2021، الأمر الذى يشكل استمراره خطراً وجودياً على أكثر من 150 مليون مواطن، في إشارة إلى عدد سكان مصر والسودان.
وشدد على أن وجود تعاون مائي فعال عابر للحدود يعد بالنسبة لمصر أمر لا غنى عنه.

A piece that did not lean on the writer credentials or institutional backing, and a look at creatinecrate maintained the same focus on substance, content that earns trust through quality rather than through name dropping is the kind I find most persuasive and this site is clearly playing on the substance side of that distinction.
Started thinking about my own writing differently after reading, and a look at mossharbortrading continued that reflective effect, content that influences how I work rather than just informing what I know is content with the highest kind of impact and this site has triggered some of that reflective influence today on me.
Now considering the post as evidence that careful blog writing is still possible, and a look at lanternorchardcollective extended that evidence, the broader question of whether the modern web can sustain quality writing has obvious empirical answers in sites like this one and seeing them is reassuring even when they remain a minority overall today.
