وجدّد مسؤول الهيئة التنفيذية التأكيد على وجود إرادة سياسية قوية للدولة الجزائرية للعمل على ادماج ذوي الهمم اجتماعيا واقتصاديا،ثقافيا ورياضيا وانخراطهم في بناء الصّرح المؤسساتي الذي يبنى بسواعد جميع أبنائها وبناتها المخلصين ، كما نوّه بالمجهودات المبذولة من طرف القائمين على القطاع لاسيما المؤطرين الساهرين على التكفل بهذه الفئة من المجتمع.
ومن جهته أشار السيد مدير النشاط الإجتماعي، الى حرص قطاع النشاط الإجتماعي و السلطات المحلية، وعلى رأسها السيد والي الولاية من أجل التكفل بهذه الفئة وقدم بعض الإحصائيات مشيرا الى وجود أكثر من 17000 من ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة منهم 5400 يمثلون إعاقة مائة بالمائة.
