الجزائر – شارك وزير الداخلية والجماعات المحلية والتهيئة العمرانية، السيد إبراهيم مراد، يوم أمس، في أشغال الملتقى الوطني الموسوم بـ “الساحل الإفريقي: التحديات الأمنية والتنموية في ظل التجاذبات الجيوسياسية بالمنطقة”، والمنظم من قبل مديرية الإعلام والاتصال لأركان الجيش الوطني الشعبي، تحت إشراف الفريق أول السعيد شنڨريحة، الوزير المنتدب لدى وزير الدفاع الوطني، رئيس أركان الجيش الوطني الشعبي.
وقد عرف الملتقى حضورًا رفيع المستوى شمل رئيس مجلس الأمة، رئيس المجلس الشعبي الوطني، الوزير الأول، رئيس المحكمة الدستورية، بالإضافة إلى مدير ديوان رئاسة الجمهورية، وعدد من الوزراء، ومستشاري رئيس الجمهورية، والأمين العام لرئاسة الجمهورية، والمدير العام للمعهد الوطني للدراسات الاستراتيجية الشاملة.
كما حضر فعاليات الملتقى الأمين العام لوزارة الدفاع الوطني، قادة القوات، قائدا الدرك الوطني والحرس الجمهوري بالنيابة، قائد الناحية العسكرية الأولى، إلى جانب رؤساء الدوائر، المراقب العام للجيش، والمديرين المركزيين بوزارة الدفاع الوطني وأركان الجيش الوطني الشعبي. وسُجلت أيضًا مشاركة مسؤولين سامين في الدولة، وأساتذة جامعيين، وبعض مديري وسائل الإعلام الوطنية.
وقد شهدت أشغال الملتقى تقديم مداخلات من قبل خبراء وإطارات مختصين، تم خلالها استعراض رهانات الأمن والتنمية في منطقة الساحل، في ظل التحولات الجيوسياسية المتسارعة، حيث ساهمت هذه النقاشات في إثراء أعمال الملتقى وإعداد توصيات تُعزز مقاربات الدولة في هذا المجال الحساس.
