باشرت وزارة العدل مهمة تفتيش وتحقيق على مستوى مجلس قضاء تيارت ومحكمة فرندة، على خلفية الحادثة الأليمة التي أقدم فيها الناشط الجمعوي فوزي عبد القادر زقوط على إضرام النار في جسده، الأحد الماضي، أمام مدخل مقر الوزارة.
وحسب ما أفادت به مصادر مطلعة، فقد تم تكليف مفتش من قبل الوزارة للتحقيق في ملابسات القضيتين اللتين كان زقوط طرفًا فيهما، وهما القضايا التي قال إنها سبب تعرضه لما وصفه بـ”الظلم والتعسف القضائي”.
وقد شمل التحقيق الاستماع إلى القاضي المكلف بالنظر في القضيتين، في إطار التحقق من صحة الادعاءات التي قدمها زقوط، والذي يتلقى حاليًا العلاج بمستشفى زرالدة، بعد إصابته بحروق بليغة.
المفتش الوزاري اتصل أيضًا برئيس مجلس القضاء والنائب العام لدى مجلس قضاء تيارت، لجمع المعطيات الضرورية ذات الصلة، فيما أكدت وزارة العدل أن التحقيق لا يزال مفتوحًا على المستويين الإداري والجزائي، مع التأكيد على أن جميع الاحتمالات تبقى واردة في حال ثبوت وجود تجاوزات أو إساءة استعمال للسلطة. ش علي
