أشرف كاتب الدولة لدى وزير الشؤون الخارجية والجالية الوطنية بالخارج، السيد سفيان شايب، رفقة وزير البريد والمواصلات السلكية واللاسلكية، السيد سيدعلي زروقي، اليوم، على مراسم التوقيع على اتفاقية تعاون هامة بين وزارة الشؤون الخارجية ووزارة البريد والمواصلات السلكية واللاسلكية، ممثلة في مؤسسة بريد الجزائر.
الاتفاقية الجديدة تهدف إلى استحداث خدمة إلكترونية مبتكرة موسومة بـ”تصديق – T@SDIK”، والتي ستحدث نقلة نوعية في خدمة المصادقة على الوثائق الإدارية الموجهة للاستعمال خارج الوطن، من خلال تسهيل إجراءاتها وتقريبها من المواطن، لاسيما أفراد الجالية الجزائرية بالخارج.
وفي كلمته خلال حفل التوقيع، شدّد السيد شايب على أن “تبسيط الإجراءات الإدارية وتحسين نوعية الخدمات القنصلية يندرج ضمن أولويات وزارة الشؤون الخارجية، تنفيذًا لتعليمات السلطات العليا للبلاد، ويعدّ من المكاسب الكبرى التي تعمل الوزارة على تدعيمها باستمرار”.
الخدمة الجديدة “تصديق” ستُحدث تحوّلاً جوهريًا في آلية استقبال ومعالجة الوثائق، حيث تُمكّن المواطن من إيداع وثائقه في أقرب مكتب بريد بدائرته، دون الحاجة إلى التنقل إلى مقر وزارة الشؤون الخارجية بالعاصمة.
يتكفل مكتب البريد بعدها بإرسال الوثائق إلى الوزارة، التي بدورها تقوم بإتمام إجراءات التصديق وإرجاعها عبر نفس المسار، مع تمكين المواطنين من متابعة مراحل العملية بدقة وشفافية عبر خدمة التتبع “تراسمايل”.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة استجابةً للإقبال الكبير الذي تعرفه مصلحة التصديق خاصة خلال فترات الذروة، ما سيساهم في تخفيف الضغط على الإدارة المركزية وتسهيل حياة المواطنين.
