في إطار العمليات الدورية لمراقبة الأسواق خلال الفترة الليلية، نفذت فرقة قمع الغش بالتنسيق مع المصالح البلدية لبلدية سيدي لخضر، حملة تفتيش واسعة مست محلات بيع الدواجن والتغذية العامة.
وأسفرت العملية عن تسجيل مخالفات جسيمة تتعلق بالنظافة، شروط السلامة الصحية، وعدم احترام قواعد إعلام المستهلك. وقد تم على إثرها:
حجز وإتلاف 65 كلغ من اللحوم البيضاء غير الصالحة للاستهلاك.
إتلاف 110 وحدة من المثلجات الذائبة والتي تشكل خطراً على صحة المستهلك.
اقتراح توقيف مؤقت لنشاط محل تجاري لعدم التزامه بالمعايير القانونية والصحية.
وأكدت المصالح المعنية أن مثل هذه الحملات الرقابية ستتواصل بصرامة للتصدي لأي محاولة لعرض مواد غذائية قد تهدد سلامة وصحة المواطنين، موجهة في الوقت ذاته نداءً للتجار بضرورة احترام القوانين المنظمة لنشاطهم.
هذه العمليات تعكس إرادة السلطات في حماية المستهلك وضمان بيئة تجارية نظيفة وآمنة.
