أشرف والي ولاية المسيلة، السيد نجم الدين طيار، صباح اليوم الأربعاء 4 جوان 2025، على مراسيم تنصيب السيد يوسف مغراوي كمدير جديد لقطاع النقل بالولاية، خلفاً للسيد علي بركات الذي تم تعيينه في نفس المنصب بولاية برج بوعريريج.
وجرت المراسيم بحضور كل من الأمين العام للولاية، رئيس الديوان، وعدد من إطارات القطاع، في أجواء طبعتها روح المسؤولية والتقدير.
وفي كلمته بالمناسبة، رحّب السيد الوالي بالمدير الجديد، متمنياً له النجاح والتوفيق في مهامه على رأس قطاع يُعد من أهم مفاصل التنمية المحلية، نظراً لدوره الحيوي في تحسين شبكات النقل وضمان خدمة عمومية فعالة للمواطن.
كما لم يفوّت السيد الوالي الفرصة لتوجيه عبارات الشكر والتقدير للسيد علي بركات، عرفاناً بالمجهودات التي بذلها طيلة فترة إشرافه على قطاع النقل بولاية المسيلة، متمنياً له النجاح في مهامه الجديدة بولاية برج بوعريريج.
ويأتي هذا التعيين في إطار الحركية الإدارية التي تشهدها عدة ولايات، والتي تهدف إلى ضخ دماء جديدة في مختلف القطاعات بغرض تحسين الأداء الإداري وتكريس مبادئ الحوكمة المحلية.
