I’ve been messing around on Craybet for roughly two months now and thought I’d throw out some thoughts because there’s not a ton of talk about it on here. Registered on a whim and signing up was like a couple minutes. Starting deposit was ten bucks which is normal for US-facing sites. Got a welcome bonus — 100 percent match to $500 plus 50 free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Wagering was 35 times the bonus which isn’t amazing but I’ve dealt with worse.
Game selection is decent honestly. They’ve got games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution, plus Play’n GO — meaning Book of Dead, Gonzo’s Quest, the usual heavy hitters. I’d guess maybe 2000 games total if you count everything. The live dealer section runs on Evolution which is legit — played some baccarat and Crazy Time with real dealers and zero lag issues.
Now the one thing that annoyed me a little was payout speed. Withdrew via Visa and waited like a day and a half the first time. Second time around it dropped to like 24 hours. Payment options include credit cards, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, Bitcoin so that covers most bases. I’d check out their current offers on Craybet live casino before you sign up.
Using Craybet from my iPhone worked better than expected. There’s no app to download but the browser version loads fast and everything works fine. I played a few sessions in bed and no problems.
Customer service on Craybet has been okay — they have live chat that actually connects within a few minutes usually. I contacted them about a bonus that didn’t credit and got it fixed pretty quickly. Not sure about Curacao licensed which is typical of platforms like this. Not everything is amazing — promo codes seem rare — but for what it is it does the job for me.
Been using Craybet for roughly two months now and wanted to share my experience because there’s not a ton of talk about this place around here. I signed up on a whim and registration was like two minutes. Minimum deposit is ten bucks which is normal for US-facing sites. They threw in a welcome bonus — 100 percent match to $500 and fifty free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Playthrough requirements were 35 times the bonus which isn’t amazing but not the worst I’ve seen.
Their slots catalog is bigger than I expected. You’ll find games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, plus Play’n GO — meaning Gates of Olympus, Gonzo’s Quest, that kind of thing. Somewhere around 1500-2000 slots when you add it all up. Live dealer stuff uses Evolution which is quality — tried blackjack and Crazy Time with actual croupiers and had no complaints.
Now the one thing I wasn’t thrilled about was payout speed. I used Visa and waited almost two days the first time. After that though it dropped to like 24 hours. You can use credit cards, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, and BTC which is pretty much everything you’d want. You can check out the full bonus details at CrayBet if you’re interested.
Mobile experience on Craybet on my phone is actually smooth. No dedicated app but the mobile site loads fast and slots and live games work fine. Played some slots on my commute and had zero performance issues.
Support at Craybet is decent — live chat that gets you a person pretty quick when I’ve used it. Had to ask about my verification docs and it was resolved same day. Not sure about Curacao licensed which is typical of offshore casinos. Wouldn’t say it’s perfect — the bonus wagering could be lower — but overall I’m still using it.
