برعاية السيد عميد جامع الجزائر، الشيخ محمد المأمون القاسمي الحسني، نظّم مركز البحث في العلوم الدينية وحوار الحضارات، مساء الخميس 05 ربيع الآخر 1448هـ، الموافق 17 سبتمبر 2026م، أشغال المجلس العلمي التفاعلي الخامس، في سياق النشاطات العلمية للمركز، وضمن سلسلة:
«السيرة النبوية: رؤى علمية وآفاق حضارية».
استهلّ أ.د. محفوظ بن صغير، المكلّف بتسيير المركز، فعاليات المجلس بكلمة عبّر فيها عن شكره وامتنانه للسيد عميد جامع الجزائر، على رعايته الكريمة ودعمه المتواصل لمختلف المبادرات العلمية؛ مثمّنًا جهوده المتواصلة لجعل هذا المعلم صرحًا علميًا شامخًا، وحصنًا للأمن الفكري والمرجعية الدينية الوطنية. كما وجّه الشكر لكافة الأساتذة والباحثين المؤطرين، وللمؤسسة العمومية للتلفزيون، المرافقة للحدث.
افتتح الندوة أ.د. سعيد بويزري، عضو المجلس الإسلامي الأعلى، بمداخلة عنوانها: «السيرة النبوية وقيم التعارف الإنساني»؛ أكّد فيها أن مفهوم التعارف في المنظور القرآني يمثّل إطارًا حضاريًا شامخًا لمعالجة أزمات الانقسام، وبناء وعي مسؤول يصون الكرامة الإنسانية. واستشهد بأربع محطات نبوية كبرى:
- وثيقة المدينة المنورة التي أسّست لمواطنة تعترف بالتعددية، دون اشتراط التماثل العقدي؛
- استقبال وفد نجران المسيحي في المسجد النبوي، دلالة على رقي الحوار؛
- وقوف النبي ﷺ لجنازة رجل يهودي، إرساءً لقوله: «أليست نفسًا؟»؛
- إلى جانب الوصية المستمرة بحق الجار.
ليخلص إلى أن قيمة الإنسان ذاتية وأصيلة، وأن التنوع فرصة للتكامل لا للصراع.
وتناول أ.د. عبد الحليم قابة، رئيس جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين، ورقة موسومة بـ: «صهيب الرومي: الهجرة وتحولات الانتماء الحضاري في الإسلام»؛ استعرض فيها المفارقة المركبة في هوية هذا الصحابي الجليل، الذي انحدر من أصل عربي كريم، ونشأ في بيئة رومانية صبغت لسانه وثقافته، ليواجه التهميش بمكة، قبل أن يعيد الإسلام بناء مكانته.
وبيّن المحاضر كيف شكّلت هجرة صهيب وتخلّيه عن ثروته كلها تجسيدًا لقوله ﷺ: «ربح البيع أبا يحيى»؛ مما أرسى نموذجًا للمواطنة القائمة على العقيدة، بدلًا من العصبية القبلية، وبلغ ذروته حين استخلفه عمر بن الخطاب، رضي الله عنه، لإمامة المسلمين وإدارة شؤون الدولة في ظرف مفصلي، شهد التفكيك التام للمركزية العرقية.
وقدّم أ.د. عبد المجيد خلّادي، الأستاذ بجامعة الجزائر 1، من جانبه، مداخلة بعنوان: «السيرة النبوية والتحولات المعاصرة: نحو نموذج حضاري للتعايش الإنساني»؛ دعا فيها إلى ضرورة استلهام منظومة القيم النبوية، كالعدل والرحمة والكرامة والحوار والوفاء بالعهود، في معالجة القضايا الراهنة.
وأوضح أن السيرة تمنح المجتمعات آليات عملية في مجالات التربية والتعليم، والحوار الثقافي، والعمل المؤسساتي؛ مما يسهم في الحد من الإقصاء والنزاعات، ويؤسس لبناء علاقات إنسانية تسودها العدالة والتعاون.
وجاءت ورقة د. إلياس عمروش، الأستاذ بجامعة الجزائر 2، موسومة بـ: «سلمان الفارسي: رحلة البحث عن الحقيقة، وجسر التواصل بين الحضارات»؛ أبرز، من خلالها، المسار الاستثنائي لسلمان، الذي تنقّل بين الديانات والفضاءات الجغرافية، من بلاد فارس إلى المدينة المنورة، بحثًا عن الحق. وأكّد أن استثمار النبي ﷺ لخبرة سلمان في حفر الخندق يجسّد الانفتاح الواعي على المعارف والتجارب الوافدة من خارج الجزيرة العربية، وتطويعها لخدمة الصالح العام؛ مجسّدًا قاعدة أن الأصل العرقي لا يحدّد منزلة الإنسان، بل تحددها كفاءته وعطاؤه.
واختُتمت مداخلات المجلس بورقة قدّمها أ.د. عبد الرحمن طيبي، الأستاذ بالمدرسة الوطنية العليا للعلوم الإسلامية «دار القرآن»؛ شدّد فيها على أن اجتماع الصحابة الثلاثة: بلال بن رباح (العمق الإفريقي)، وصهيب الرومي (العمق الأوروبي/البيزنطي)، وسلمان الفارسي (العمق الفارسي)، شكّل مجسّمًا مصغّرًا للعالم القديم، وللقوى الديموغرافية المحيطة بالجزيرة العربية.
وأوضح أن النبي ﷺ لم يكتفِ بتسامح ظاهري مع التنوع، بل مأسسه عبر استراتيجيات دمج هيكلي؛ استبدل فيها بالشرف القبلي المساواة الروحية القائمة على التقوى، وأسند الوظائف التأسيسية، بناءً على الكفاءة والأمانة (كالأذان لبلال، والتخطيط العسكري لسلمان)، مع فرض حظر صارم على كافة أشكال الاستعلاء العرقي واللفظي؛ واضعًا بذلك خارطة طريق رائدة للمجتمعات المعاصرة، تبيّن أن التلاحم الحقيقي لا يتحقق بمحو الفوارق، بل بحسن إدارتها وتكافؤ الفرص بين أفرادها.
وتوّجت أشغال المجلس بمراسم تكريم الأساتذة المشاركين في تأطير فعالياته.
