شرعت لجنة الشؤون القانونية والإدارية والحريات، اليوم الثلاثاء 15 أكتوبر 2024، برئاسة السد هشام صفر، رئيس اللجنة، في دراسة أحكام مشروع القانون المتضمن قانون الإجراءات الجزائية، وهذا بحضور إطارات من وزارة العدل.
يشار أيضا إلى أن اللجنة صادقت في هذا الاجتماع، على تقرير يتعلق بإثبات عضوية نائب جديد بالمجلس الشعبي الوطني.
